Confidence Café: Customer Service and Public-Facing Skills Workshop

Confidence Café: Customer Service and Public-Facing Skills Workshop
Practice the skills that help people feel ready to serve, communicate, and connect at work.

KEDC, in partnership with RCAC, is hosting Confidence Café, a no-cost, hands-on workshop for: employees, job seekers, students, new workers, and business representatives, in short, ANYONEwho wants to build confidence in customer service and public-facing workplace skills.

Participants will practice real-world communication, customer service, and workplace interaction skills in a fun and supportive setting. The workshop is designed for people entering the workforce, building confidence in a current role, or learning how to better support and train employees.
