KEDC’s first Kodiak Workforce Forum brought together employers, educators, workforce partners, industry leaders, and community members to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping Kodiak’s workforce. The event highlighted workforce needs around recruitment, retention, housing, training, and workforce readiness while also exploring opportunities in mariculture, aerospace, technology, healthcare, trades, and Career and Technical Education.
